We had an exceptional experience at Lion Premium Hotel. Milan, one of the Receptionists, went above and beyond to provide us with helpful train information and even loaned us an umbrella when it rained. The staff was always cordial, smiling, and spoke good English. Despite a few minor challenges like the lack of a breakfast and a few issues with the room, the overall stay was pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was superb! The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern furnishings, a minibar, and a coffee machine. The location was amazing, close to the river and many famous sights. We were welcomed with complimentary drinks upon arrival, and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious dishes. our stay was comfortable and the hotel offered great value for money.
That our room didn't have a window facing the street, making it feel a bit claustrophobic. However, this was not a major issue as we spent most of our time exploring the city.

What a fantastic way to ring in the new year! This hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special. the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. We were pleasantly surprised when we found two complimentary Nespresso capsules in our room on the second morning of our stay. the breakfast was divine, and the ladies attending to us were so lovely and attentive. the hotel's location was perfect for us because we were able to walk to all the sights we wanted to see. the room itself was spacious, comfortable, and had great facilities.
The only downside, and it is really a small issue, was that we had a bit of trouble finding the entrance on our arrival. We had to buzz to get in and struggled to locate the correct door, but it was not a major inconvenience.

We stayed in this hotel during the new year and enjoyed the fireworks right outside the door. The staff was friendly and helpful. The package with information on nearby attractions was very useful. The cleaning service was fantastic and the rooms looked tidy and cozy. We had a good breakfast every morning and the coffee was top-notch. Plus, the hotel is located in the heart of the city which made it easy to get anywhere.
There was no elevator available and it was a bit difficult for us to move our heavy luggage up to the room. the sound insulation was not great and we could hear noises from the reception area and outside.
